Subsequently,on23August2017,ourCompanywasconvertedintoapubliclimitedcompanyandsincethen,assumedourcurrentname,MiEquipmentHoldingsBerhad. OurCompany'sprincipalactivityisinvestmentholding,whilstourGroupisprincipallyinvolvedinthedesign,development,manufactureandsaleofWLCSPsortingmachineswithinspectionandtestingcapabilitiesforthesemiconductorindustry.Wearealsoinvolvedintheprovisionofmaintenanceservicesandtechnicalsupportforthesemachines,aswellasthesaleofrelatedsparepartsandcomponents.Ourmachinesaredevelopedin-housewiththecapabilityandexpertiseofourdevelopmentengineeringteam.TheexperienceandtechnicalexpertiseofourteamhasenabledourGrouptodevelopproductsthatmeettherequirementsofbothourlocalandinternationalcustomers.
