On the contrary, we are providing with the metal ceramic material made of Ti and V.. The component percentage of Ti in the crust is 0.6%，which is 61 times as much as Cu and ranked tenth in abundance. The composition percentage of V. in crust is 0.02%, larger than Cu, Sn, Zn, and Ni. We provide the best solution for the clients, meanwhile, and take the responsibility of the society and enviroment in my heart, so as to sacrifice the minimum of enviroment for the maximizing of the social effects. 我们的优势产品方面，我们所提供的Ti(C，N)基金属陶瓷具有红硬性高、摩擦系数低、耐磨性好等优势；在切削过程中可以有效地避免粘刀、划痕和切削结瘤等加工缺陷；良好的后刀面抗磨损性能可以使刀具在高速切削下依然保持较长的刀具寿命，并有利于去除切屑。原料方面，美奢锐金属陶瓷所采用的原料在四川省有着丰富的储藏。我国钛储量居世界首位，占世界的40%左右，而90.5%以上又集中在被誉为世界钒、钛之都的我国四川省攀枝花地区。攀枝花的钒储量占全国储量的50.5%，占世界储量的18%以上。四川省镍的储量约占全国的3.2%，主要集中在成都地区。市场方面，美奢锐虽然为后起之秀，但是却正好处在中国经济高速发展、市场需求空前强劲的二十一世纪，如今数控机床、加工中心等先进加工设备及装备的引进和国产化，对刀具提出了更高的高精度、高性能、长寿命、低成本的综合要求，高性能刀具材料需求更为迫切。美奢锐正是为这样的市场需求提供最优质的解决方案。 Our Advantage About the products, the Ti(C, N) based metal ceramic we provided is credited with the advantages of high red-hardness, low friction and good abrasion resistance; the defects of stick and scratch on tools,and the built-up edge in the production will be avoided; the good capacity of abrasion resistance will prolong the life time of the cutting tools, and be conductive for removing cuttings. About the raw material, the raw materials demanded by our metal ceramic are richly reserved in Sichuan province. China ranks the first in the reservation of Ti, which means 40% of the whole reservation of the world, and over 90.5% of it is reserved in Panzhihua district, Sichuan province. The reservation of V. in Panzhihua occupies the 50.5% of China, which means 18% of the world. The reservation percentage of Ni. in Sichuan province is 3.2% of China, and mainly in Chengdu. About the market, Metcera, as the new competitor, is born in the high speed development of China with the biggest market, in which numerous equipment and devices, such as the digital control machine tool, demand for higher level of exactness, capacity,and life time with lower cost, therefore, the demand for high capacity materials for cutting tools is urgent.
