BSH Home Appliances Group (BSH Hausgeräte GmbH)
is the largest manufacturer of home appliances in Europe and one of the leading
companies in the sector worldwide. The group was founded in 1967 as a joint
venture between Robert Bosch GmbH (Stuttgart) and Siemens AG (Munich). Since
the beginning of 2015, BSH exclusively belongs to the Bosch Group.

博西家用电器集团是欧洲最大的家电产品制造商，也是全球家电行业领导者之一。集团成立于1967年，由罗伯特•博世有限公司和西门子股份公司共同组建。自2015年初，博西家用电器集团正式成为博世集团的全资子公司。

Since BSH’s entry into the China market in 1994,
and over decades of fast growth, China has become one of the most important
markets for the Group worldwide.

博西家用电器集团自1994年进入中国，历经数十年的快速发展，目前中国市场已成为集团在全球最重要的市场之一。

Headquartered in Nanjing, BSH China holds five
branch companies, operates three production bases in Chuzhou, Wuxi, and
Nanjing, and has a research and development center and Asia-Pacific data
exchange center in Nanjing.

博西家电的大中华区总部位于南京，目前在华共投资成立了5家子公司，建立了分别位于滁州、无锡和南京的3个生产基地，拥有1个全球研发中心及亚太数据交换中心。

BSH China has a complete value chain of home
appliances from procurement, R&D, production, sales, and logistics to
after-sales services. The range of white appliance products manufactured in
China include refrigerators, washing machines, laundry dryers, water heaters,
cooking appliances, and other small home appliances. In addition, the company
imports some appliances like dishwashers and ovens from BSH production bases in
Europe. BSH China has established a nationwide sales network which covers more
than 630 cities in 31 provinces. This network meets the varying needs of the
Chinese market, and provides R&D services and products to foreign markets.

Since entering China, BSH Group has introduced
time-honored brands including Siemens Home Appliances, Bosch Home Appliances,
and Gaggenau to the market, establishing an all-round competitive brand
portfolio. As a leading international home appliances manufacturer, BSH Group

In 2016, BSH was recognized as a “Top Employer
China” for the third time and also named a “Top Employer Asia Pacific” again by
the Top Employers Institute. This award marks the company’s significant success
in talent management and also sets an industry-wide benchmark for home
appliance manufacturers. By the end of 2016, BSH had about 13, 420 employees in
China.

2016年，博西家电连续第三年被杰出雇主调研机构评选为“中国杰出雇主”，并再度蝉联“亚太杰出雇主”的称号，这标志着博西中国“以人为本”人才战略的重大成功，也为家电制造企业在人才管理领域树立了标杆。截至2016年底，博西家用电器投资（中国）有限公司在华正式员工约13,420人。

On October 1, 2014, BSH China successfully
underwent an organizational reconfiguration, integrating mainland China with
Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan to become BSH Region Greater China. This new
structure aims to use regional resources more efficiently and better leverage
brand advantages.

2014年10月1日起，博西中国形成了新的组织架构并首次将中国大陆、香港、澳门和台湾地区共同纳入行政管理范畴，建立统一的博西家电大中华区，助力集团更加高效地利用区域资源并发挥品牌优势。
