招聘经理

CONTACTS:

Contact with corporate and all dept. to review and confirm staffing activities and related issues.

与内部客户沟通以了解招聘需求以实施招聘活动

Contact with recruitment agencies /universities/colleges/technical schools to provide right candidate

与外部客户如猎头,人才市场,高等院校,中专技校等联系,确保人才提供

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

To lead staffing team to acquire maintain and develop right people on right position at right time, and ensure all levels of employees are equipped with needed skills and knowledge to perform their assigned job.

带领招聘团队及时招聘到合适的人才以满足公司业务的需要,确保所招聘的人才具备足够的品德、知识技能以胜任所聘职位

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.To lead staffing team to strong support business need through acquiring talents on right position at right time

2.To develop staffing strategies/plans, systems and procedures to assure an adequate flow of new employees of sufficient calibre into the organization to meet business needs timely and effectively by using the most effective methods/sources of recruiting.

制定招聘政策与招聘计划,优化招聘流程,以最有效合理的方式开展招聘工作

3.To advance and apply MBM tool/concept to hiring managers/Recruiters on talent selecting & hiring process ,Conduct interview and provides advice and counsel to managers to select right candidates which can match the job, the team and the company and also improve employee retention through selection best practices .

在招聘活动中推广MBM面试模式的应用,并提供专业的雇佣建议帮助部门经理,主管选择合适的人才

4.To identify the compliance risk on staffing activities and update recruitment policy ,procedure and practices timely make sure all the activities are compliance

识别招聘活动中存在的合规风险,及时更新招聘政策、流程、实际操作,确保招聘活动合规运作

5.To improve on-boarding management to make sure on boarding process is effective and let new comer feel comfortable during on boarding and adapt new environment in soon .

负责入职流程的改善,确保入职流程的有效性,让新同事在入职流程中体检良好并快速融入新的工作环境

6.Involve with any staffing projects with other entities to implement /share the new change and practices

参与区域性的招聘项目,与公司其他工厂共同推动招聘项目的完成与分享招聘经验

7.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

执行管理层指派的其它相关职责

8.Support corporate CSR plan and EICC/legal compliance matters

支持公司的社会责任、EICC审核, 法务合规等事务

EDUCATION:

REQUIRED: Bachelor degree above

本科以上学历

PREFERRED: Master Degree

硕士学历

WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED: 6+ years of experience in recruitment field and among which 3+ years supervisory experience is a must.

6年以上招聘经验及3年以上团队管理经验

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

REQUIRED: Interview skills, HR functionals knowledge. Strong team work spirit and leadership; Good oral & written communication skills in both English and Chinese; Excellent interpersonal skills.

面试甄选技巧,HR其它模块经验知识,团队合作精神,良好的英文听说读写能力
